Welcome to Huffman Elementary!

My name is Toni Vorce, and I am honored to serve as the principal of Huffman Elementary. I have worked in education for 16 years and have proudly served students and families in Cahokia Unit School District #187 for the past 11 years.

Throughout my career, I have served as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, mentor, new teacher trainer, PLC facilitator, and teacher leader. I have also had the opportunity to work at Huffman in the past, which makes returning to lead this school especially meaningful to me.

I believe strong schools are built through relationships, trust, collaboration, and high expectations. My goal is to create a school where every student feels safe, supported, valued, and challenged to grow. I also believe families and staff are essential partners in helping children succeed.

Outside of school, I am a wife and proud mother of three children. As both an educator and a parent, I understand the importance of knowing that your child is cared for, encouraged, and receiving the support they need.

I am excited to work alongside our students, staff, families, and community as we continue building a positive and successful future for Huffman Elementary.
