Good morning EM families,
This is a reminder that students should not be dropped off behind the school where buses unload in the morning.
All student drop-offs must take place on the side of the building. If you arrive before 7:45 AM, students may be dropped off at that location. If you arrive after 7:45 AM, a parent/guardian must accompany the student to the front entrance and sign them in.
Thank you for helping us keep all students safe during arrival!

We are excited to share a new literacy opportunity for our students! 📚✨
Using remaining FY25 SIG 1003a funds, our district partnered with Steps to Literacy to provide Take-Home Literacy Backpacks for all elementary students (through 8th grade). Each student will receive three backpacks throughout the year, each with a different theme and grade-level–appropriate materials to support reading and learning at home.
Our first backpack—the SEL and Gratitude Family Engagement Bag—will be sent home before winter break ❄️.
We hope these resources spark meaningful reading time and family engagement at home! 💛
