Skyward Wellness Screening

The steps for using Skyward Self-Certification via the Skyward Mobile App are listed below:

1. Find and install the Skyward Mobile App via the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. 

2. When prompted, you can find our district via GPS/Location or search for Cahokia School District.

3. You will be asked to provide your Skyward login credentials for ERMA.

4. You will also setup a 4-digit PIN that allows for quicker access to the mobile app - on some phones you can also enable fingerprint login. (If you forget your 4-digit PIN, you can simply uninstall and reinstall the Skyward Mobile App to setup a new 4-digit PIN again.)

(NOTE: If you have any difficulties using the Mobile App, you can also use the web browser on your phone and go directly to www.cusd187.org > staff > Skyward to login and answer the Wellness Screening questions.)

For the Wellness Screening, please answer the two COVID-19 questions one hour PRIOR to your scheduled work day.
